About Me

Welcome my friend!  I honor you for being here.  It takes a very special kind of person to embark on a journey of self-healing.  I know the information out there can be very confusing. It’s hard to sort through it all to truly get to the heart of what’s going to get you out of pain immediately.  But there’s no time to waste, and I get the urgency that you are feeling inside to find resolution.  I’ve been there too.

A number of years back, I started experiencing debilitating health symptoms that stumped all of my western doctors.  I had migraines that would shut me down for days, intense reproductive and digestive pain that would leave me curled up in a ball for hours. I could barely eat and was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks that, I didn’t realize at the time, were symptoms of repressed emotional trauma from sexual abuse I had experienced as a little girl.

At that time I was practicing as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in New York City and was teaching at a University.  I was so frustrated because after getting a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology and Health, I still couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me or what to do to make myself feel better.

Determined to heal and overcome this pain (and committed to helping others do the same), I traveled to India to apprentice under a world-renowned healer.  My first mentor was the Ayurvedic doctor to the Dalai Lama and Mother Theresa who then introduced me to my next mentor, another world-renowned and enlightened master, who I studied with side by side for two more years to earn my Ayurvedic Health Practitioner degree.  Not only did I get to expand my professional studies with these exquisite doctors, but their love and wisdom saved my life.

I healed the physical, mental and emotional pain that had haunted me since I was a young girl.  I was freed of all of the ailments that the doctors told me I was doomed to suffer from for the rest of my life.  Today I am thriving and so blessed to be able to share these empowering teachings with tens of thousands of health-seekers all over the world.

I created a guide for you to shorten your learning curve where physical health intersects with emotional health.  Even if you’ve heard of some of these concepts before, I welcome you to read with fresh eyes of curiosity and ever-deepening self-awareness.  Afterall, we are all in this together for the greater growth and evolution of all life.
